Weekly Catch Up 17/4/23

This week was a good week in the gym with some nice workouts in there so well down as always.


***IMPORTANT INFORMATION***

On Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th May the gym will be CLOSED for renovation work. Make sure you are aware of this and all classes for they two days will be cancelled. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.


Members Day Out

Members day out will be Saturday 27th May at 6:30pm. It will be at the garage in kilmarnock for a bit of bowling. Everyone is welcome and will roughly be £12.00 for bowling. More information to follow as the weeks commence.


Monthly Challenge

Yes this is still underway and you can put your weights up at any point. No extra work required for this one just you barbells weights in workouts.


CrossFit Kids

We will be running a 4 week block on a Saturday afternoon for CrossFit Kids. More information will follow on start date and Coach Lindsey will be organising this. Keep an eye out on social media for information.


Next Weeks WOD's


Countdown - 17/4/23

Just like the show you will have 30 seconds to get as many reps as possible and 30 secs to rest and move to your next station. Coach Megan is to bale for this one.


Evil EMOM - 18/4/23

Heavier lift on minute one and then really light lifting on minute two. This weight will feel strange but its to keep the intensity high and you moving at all times. Coach Demi helped with this one.


Reverse CrossFit - 19/4/23

Rather than our usual 21-15-9 we have went in reverse order just to keep you on your toes. This workout has two parts to it. Part A has a 15 min time cap and part be is a 15 min am rap. Coach Demi programmed this one as well.


Body Building 101 - 20/4/23

Yes that's right a little bit of bench press for a change with the bar followed by running or walking. The options are to run especially if the weather is nice.


Shrek & Donkey - 21/4/23

Don't miss this one as its a themed workout for a change. Shrek & Donkey will go on a journey to complete their mission. Can you get enough rounds in to free the princess let's find out. Coach Megan has come up with yet another themed workout (lol)
