crossRun @ 9am & 10:30am


Sunday 19th

Barbell Club @ 9am & 10:30 am

CrossRun @ 9am & 10:30am

You have a longer than normal opportunity to practice your lifting on Sunday, each Barbell class being 90 minutes long.

I can't make it this weekend (at a wedding), but will be back next Sunday. Extra time would be good.
