2 minutes rest & change weight

Minutes 7-12 5 Hang Clean

2 minutes rest & change weight

Minutes 14-19 5 Deadlift

2 minutes rest & change weight

Minutes 21-26

3 deadlift - 2 hang clean - 1 jerk/push

Build each round.
