Being a small independent gym when it comes to choosing equipment we don’t just throw our hard earned money at anything. 

This week we added to our gym with the addition of five Schwinn AirDyne AD8 Pro air bikes. They are an amazing but of kit and will complement our twenty Concept 2 rowers perfectly. 

Both pieces of equipment get you fit. What are you waiting for?
