·       5 Mid-Thigh Muscle Snatches

·       5 Hang Power Snatches

·       20 High Knees

  • This workout should be completed in 17:00 – 25:00 mins.

  • Lunges should be completed in 1:30 mins

  • Snatches in 2:30 mins. Big sets select a weight that means you can achieve this

  • Double / Single Unders in 1:30 mins or less

  • Looing for high number of rounds

50 Hang Power Snatches (35/25)

100 Double Unders
