AMRAP in 15 mins:
3 Burpees Over DB
3 Hang Clean & STOH
12 Lunges
Increase the Burpees and HCL&STOH by 3 rep each round.
5 – 10 min rest
AMRAP in 15 mins:
3 Pull Ups
3 Back Squats
30 Double Unders (60 Single Skips)
Increase the Pull Ups and Back Squats by 3 rep each round.
Rx: 22.5/15 & 60/42.5
MRx (50+): 15/10 & 42.5/30
