Testing Times - Covid19 update

Firstly, thank you to everyone that helped clean the gym yesterday. Secondly, thank you to everyone for the care they are taking cleaning their equipment after use.

Until we are advised otherwise, Crossfit Scotland will remain open through testing times.

For those however that wish to workout at home, either through personal choice or if they have to stay their, we will be publishing a “WOAH” everyday.



10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps


1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps

Between every set perform 2 burpees including after the last reps.

For those that want an extra challenge, continue back up the ladder.
