5 rep bear :

1 deadlift

1 hang power clean

1 front squat

1 push press

1 back squat

After each round add 1 rep to the bear


Dumbbell or kettlebell variation:

deadlift : 1 left / 1 right

hang power clean : 1 left / 1 right

Front squat : 2 reps

Push press : 1 left : 1 right

Back squat : 2 reps

After each round add 1 rep


No equipment variation

1 push-up

1 sit-up

1 squat

1 burpee box jump over

After each round add 1 rep
