Some workouts deserve to be simple.
Today is a good example
10 rounds for time
10 thrusters - as heavy as you have available
(If you don't have a bar, any weighted object will suffice,
e.g. kettlebell, dumbbell or an odd object (maybe a small
child))
10 back extensions
10 down 'n' ups (a burpee without a clap)
I should know by now that simple means hard🤑
