32kg (2 by 16kg) KB Clean&Press for GTOH 31:50, that's 1 whole minute faster and 20% more weight shifted than last time 4 months ago (32X60 KBC&P versus 16X100 as alt arm KBSnatch). Guess this CrossFit stuff works!
