Weekly Well Done & Next Week

Just a quick thank you and well done for all your hard work this week and effort you all put into the workouts


Next Week (24/10/22) we have some more workouts for you to look forward too:


- Spewmanji (24/10/22)

Its not as bad as the name makes it sound ;)


- Tabata Kelly & Fran (25/10/22)

This is a short sharp workout working for 20 seconds with 10 seconds rest between exercises


- Double DT (26/10/22)

A classic CrossFit named workout but this time doubled to make it more exciting


- Mikko's Triangle & Core of Steel (27/10/22)

Based off of a cardio based workout finished with a lovely core workout


- The 3 Bears (28/10/22)

A classic barbell bear complex mixed to make a lovely team workout to finish the week


- Classic CrossFit (29/10/22)

This will be our own twist on a Classic CrossFit session


- Sunday Strength Session (30/10/22)

This new format will keep you on your toes and learn new skills / build strength & work on your general health and fitness.


We are looking forward to seeing you all again next week
