"Choose Your Weapon & Jack'd In The Box" - 24/4/23
Mondays workout has 3 parts to the workout which will your full body.
"Evil EMOM" - 25/4/23
3 x 10 EMOM this Tuesday. Will test your cardiovascular fitness.
"Annie's Goblet of Fire" - 26/4/23
The named workout Annie with a twist will keep you on your toes.
"Hold On" - 27/4/23
This workout will test your strength and your grip. How long can you hold on for?
"The Demon" - 28/4/23
This team workout will test tour technique work. 10 rounds followed by 8 rounds followed by 6 rounds for time.
"Classic CrossFit" - 29/4/23
Classic CrossFit session programmed and coached by Coach Neil
"Strength Session" - 30/4/23
Strength technique followed by a WOD with Coach Neil.
