Weekly Catch Up - 10/7/23

Well done everyone this week was hard on the legs.


CrossFit Charity Event

We are looking to put on our yearly charity event in August this year. We are looking at a few dates which will be Sunday 6th, Sunday 13th & Sunday 20th August. We have yet to make a decision but as soon as we confirm a date, we will let you all know.


This year’s event will be an Erg - A - Thon.


This can be completed as an individual, team of 2, team of 3 or Teens/Kids Team.


We have loads of options for you.


You or your team can complete a marathon (42,195km), half marathon (21,097km) or 10k.


Row-Erg, Ski-Erg or Bike-Erg as an individual or team. Don’t worry you can change what Erg you go on throughout your distance or you can stay with the same Erg all the way through.


Everyone is welcome to come along and take part or support the participants. Looking forward to seeing you all.


CrossFit Kids Camp

Our next CrossFit Kids Camp in now fully booked and we are looking at other dates so keep an eye out for them. For more information speak to Coach Lindsey.


CrossFit Teens Membership

We are delighted to announce we are opening our membership up to CrossFit Teens. 14 years to 17 years. For more information speak to Coach Neil or Coach Megan.
