A. Plus One wod -

1 push-up, 1 squat, 1 T2B

Add one rep up to 10.

When you reach 10 start at 1 again


B. Every 2 mins for ten rounds:

  1. 10 Deadlift, 10 HPC, 10 P/Press

  2. 9 deadlift, 9 HPC, 9 P/Press

  3. 8 reps of each

  4. 7 reps of each

  5. 6 reps of each

  6. 5 reps of each

  7. 4 reps of each

  8. 3 reps of each

  9. 2 reps of each

  10. 1 rep of each

Increase the load on the barbell each round.
