WOD:

Every 4 mins x 5

 

3 Hang Power Cleans (80/55)

10 DB Step Ups 20” (22.5/15)

3 Box Jumps (30/24”)

60m Farmers Walk (30/22.5)

 

This should feel heavy / hard so you need the rest between rounds. Technique and quality over speed!

Try to preserve the jump even if its to a lower box
