As we move in to October it’s time to book your classes

Monday 3rd :

CrossFit wod followed by Olympic Lifting at 6:45pm. Spaces still available

Tuesday 4th :

Wod all day & Foley’s Followers in the afternoon. Gymnastics at 6:45pm.

Wednesday 5th :

Workout of the day, all day

Thursday 6th :

Workout of the day, all day

Friday 7th :

Wod all day & Foley’s Followers in the afternoon. 6:45 is the last Friday night gymnastics class this year. Tuesday classes run as normal.

Saturday 8th :

CrossFit at 9, 10 & 11

Sunday 9th :

CrossFit Scotland Barbell Club.
