Hang clean 1,2,3,4,5 Reps 250 m row

Front Squat 1,2,3,4,5 Reps 250 m row

Push Press 1,2,3,4,5 Reps 250 m row

Back Squat 1,2,3,4,5 Reps 250 m row

then for time :

Barbell Bear 1,2,3,4,5 Reps not on the buzzer finishing with a 250 m row all for time. weights 60/40 kgs
