Start in middle of rig. Buzzer goes (Green Light) start workout. Must return to middle of rig before buzzer goes (Red Light). If you don't make it back before the buzzer goes off you get 10 Burpees at the end of the workout


Rx:

Masters Rx:

  • 35/25 & 6/3 & 20/16
