Team of two

20 rounds each of :

1 power clean into 1 thruster

1 snatch

1 power clean into 1 push jerk

1 deadlift into 1 hang squat clean

1 snatch (into 1 ohs)

1 burpee then 2 lap run

Tag partner at end of first lap

They then start the complex

m 50-40 kgs L 35-25 kgs

(OHS only if the same weight can be used throughout the complex. Ie do not go light on everything else forsake of the over head squat)
