New website


After a month in development our new website is now up and running.

All our WODs will be posted to the WOD Log.

If you encounter problems loading either Basixgym.com or crossfitscotland.com simply refresh your browser.

Hope you enjoy it and make use of it and if you spot any mistakes just let me know.

If Iain F could check the spelling although I know I don't need to ask.

There is also a fab new gallery which will be updated on a regular basis and please feel free to share any of the pictures you like.
