Scaling option – know your own ability and pick a number to challenge yourself (not too easy)


80 air squats

70 sit ups

60 push ups

50 alt. lunges

40 KB swings

30 bent over row (15 each side if single arm KB or DB)

20 box jump/step

10 burpees
