50 SA KB/DB Thrusters (25 each arm)

Or 50 BB Thrusters (20/15 kg)

50 squats with 8kg db 33 burpees 50 sit ups 65 db swings (2x8kg) 50 Rev lunge with 8kg db 47 box jumps & it took me the full 5 mins to do 50 20kg BB thrusters 😅
