Stationary Cycle 4 x 4 mins - 4 min rest
Box Step 14" - 20" 4 x 4 mins - 4 min rest
Single Skips or DU's 4 x 4 mins - 4 min rest
Make sure you work as hard as possible on
Each 4 mins and earn your 4 min rest.
