Weekly Update 6/3/23

Well done this week everyone. You all took on these workouts and again pushed outside your comfort zones. Well done to everyone who took on Fridays WOD, that was a game changer


March Challenge

This months challenge is on the challenge board. Can you complete 15,000m / 20,000m or 25,000m on any concept 2 machine. If using the bike half the distance you complete and put score on board.


CrossFit Community Event

The next CrossFit Community Event will run on Saturday 8th April. This is an individual event this time round with 3 categories: RXD, Scaled and Kids. The sign up sheet is in the gym make sure to get your name down for this one it will be great fun and achievable for everyone

Clean 3 Times - 6/3/23

Cleans and Cardio what more can you ask for. Tried and tested by Coach Jimbo so be sure to thank him for this one.


The Box Programming - 7/3/23

This workout has a bit of everything. First of all you will have to complete a buy in before you can start each section.


Dead Ball - 8/3/23

The classic 21-15-9 reps for this workout. Starts heavy and get lighter as the workout goes on.


Evil EMOM - 9/3/23

Ohh yes it's back another evil EMOM. This one will get the heart rate going. Scale to suit the reps to suit your level.


Ten Times - 10/3/23

This is a team version of 23.1. Can you keep the pace up because you get rest and complete the full workout under 25 mins.


Classic CrossFit - 11/3/23

Classic CrossFit workout programmed and coached by Neil.


Strength Session - 12/3/23

Strength, Technique and a optional wod. Coached by Neil.
