𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 - 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗱𝗮𝘆

Today marks another milestone at CrossFit Scotland @ BasixGym.

On Saturday 16/02/2008 we opened our doors for the first time. We had gone out on a limb, taking the decision to embrace CrossFit at a time when it was very much in its infancy.

We knew it would grow although admittedly not to become the worldwide fitness phenomenon that it is now - the world leader in functional fitness, often copied but never emulated.

It has truly been an amazing fourteen year journey and Neil and myself would like to say thank you to all the wonderful members that have been part of that journey.
