10 DEADLIFTS then 15 BOX JUMPS – 30 BOX STEPS
15 DEADLIFTS then 15 BOX JUMPS – 30 BOX STEPS
20 DEADLIFTS then 15 BOX JUMPS – 30 BOX STEPS
25 DEADLIFTS then 15 BOX JUMPS – 30 BOX STEPS
30 DEADLIFTS then 15 BOX JUMPS – 30 BOX STEPS
35 DEADLIFTS then 15 BOX JUMPS – 30 BOX STEPS
The deadlift weight must increase each round
e.g. – M 60, 70, 80 , 90, 100, 110 F 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55
THE WEIGHT SHOULD (MUST) BE CHALLENGING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
