Test Week

Time to prepare for Test Week and what you need to do :

1. You need to get booked in and plan your workout schedule. If you are a three visit member you will need to do two Wods on two separate days to get through the five workouts.

2. There are also two 1RM lifts - Power Clean and Back Squat. These can be completed either this Sunday (16th), next Sunday (23rd) or when you have completed all five Wods.

3. Remember to embrace the wods. They are no different from other Wods, the main difference being they will be repeated in 12 weeks, affording you the chance to measure your improvement.

4. Most importantly, enjoy yourself!!!!!
