How it works:
A performs the 25 reps while B performs the isolation movement.
Switch places then A performs the isolation movement while B performs the 25 reps.
* If you or your partner drops from the bar, comes down from the handstand, sit on the ball/stands up or drops from the plank you both get 10 BURPEES *
Burpees get performed at the end of the workout and are split between the two of you.
