6 - 6 - 6 reps - mins 9 - 12
7 - 7 - 7 reps - mins 13 - 16
8 - 8 - 8 reps - mins 17 - 20
If you fail to achieve the set number of reps.
Return to the 4 reps and try to build back up again.

Yikes. Managed to get to the end of the rounds of 6 but was working nonstop by then, so back to the 4’s then the 5’s. 20 reps of 25kg. Burst. Thanks Neil!

OMG did anyone manage to get 6, 7 or 8 Burpees done! I couldn't get past 5 in order to fit in the other exercises in the minute!
