Who doesn’t love a deadlift on a Monday? Today starts with some practice followed by a build. The WOD today is “Cali-bar”. Don’t expect a high number of rounds rather focus on your technique on all three discipline.
Rowing : A quality controlled but strong stroke at about 24 to 26 strokes per minute.
Deadlift : Keep your focus on a strong back position with an engaged lumbar curve.
Slam Ball : Again, a good positive engaged back is vital. Do not let the form slip in favour of time.
