Next week at BasixGym is “Hero Week”
On Friday evening we will publish a list of fourteen Hero Wods.
In the spirit of individual workouts you have a free choice of which workouts you will complete when you visit the gym next week (26th - 1st).
Just save the workouts to your phone or your wod diary. As always, you can scale the weights to suit your ability.
Check out the website on Friday evening and start choosing. Cannot wait to see which workouts you select.
