One week, two great events.

Test Week is back and starts on Monday 6th June.

This time we are pairing it up with

Free Week.

Yes, a whole week when anyone can come along and experience CrossFit. They can even join in the Test Week workouts and see how they fair.


Those looking to book in for Free Week should simply send a DM and we will get you booked in for the classes.


The Test Week workouts have changed. There are still five workouts that you complete through the week and two one rep lifts that you can attempt over the weekend, 18th and 19th.


For the diehard, you can choose to complete the last set of Test Week workouts and compare your results.


Anyone requiring more information should either ask the coaches or send us a message.
