As we are still open until Christmas Eve, we will hand out equipment from 11:30am until 3:30pm on Thursday.
Depending upon demand and in an effort to let as many people benefit as possible, we will be limiting what everyone can borrow.
Please note that your membership must be up to date.
Hopefully we only have to face this situation for three weeks and we will continue to post wods every day.
May we also take this opportunity to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and, also to thank you, one and all, for your tremendous support through what has been the toughest year.
We have battled every step of the way to make your gym the safest place possible to train and to maintain our high standards of training, whilst at the same time, run a viable business.
We are all CrossFit, and we are stronger for it. This is just a small speed bump in the road to what is a better you. Maintain your fitness the best you can through lockdown and we will all come back in the New Year better than ever. “All the best”
