Everyone has missed a WOD that they would have loved to give a go. Well,

starting Tuesday 19th October, we are introducing “Catch-up” Tuesdays and Thursdays. Book in to the seven or eight o’clock class in the evening and you will be able to Catch-up on a workout that you have missed from the last seven days. It also affords you the opportunity to Catch-up on a strength session you may have missed.
