Afternoon Everyone
Just to let you know that a new ‘Squat Programme’ has been posted in the programme tab of the app.
There will be a 12 week programme to help with 10k runs and a 12 week programme to help with functional fitness events that you can follow at any point.
These 12 week plans will be published in the next week so keep an eye out for them
