I have now posted the 12 week hybrid training & running plan on the app under programmes
Feel free to take part and add these on to your workouts.
The hybrid training plan will help with HPX 100% Race & other functional fitness events.
The running plan is based on a 10k. This will help you improve your endurance for CrossFit & Functional Fitness events also so don't see it as a punishment see it as an opportunity to improve your engine.
I know a few people have been asking for plans for some gymnastics strength. I will try post 'Your First Strict Pull Up' plan over next week or so and some others as well
