50 KB or DB or odd object Swings (50/25)

50 Walking Lunges

50 Tuck jumps

50 Push Presses (45/25)*

50 Deadlifts(45/25)*

50 Burpees

50 Double-Unders (100 Singles)

*Jump-2-touch

  • Find somewhere you jump and touch the same point approximately one foot above your head every time

*Push Presses

  • If you don’t have a bar then you can use dumbbells or a kettlebell 25 times each side. No equipment, hopefully by now you’ve sourced an odd object that you can lift.

*Deadlifts

  • Utilise the same substitutions as the Push Press
