Weekly Well Done & Next Week

Thank you again for your efforts this week in the box you truly committed to the wods and your feedback has been great.

What to look forward to this week in the box:

Monday 31st October

This will be a halloween workout. 3 option on the board what one will you pick or will your fate be decided by the coach.

Tuesday 1st November


This is a workout that will work on your pulling power and endurance with a spicy we finisher.

Wednesday 2nd November


This workout is 5 rounds for time. It a sweaty one with lighter weights may also feature a barbell.

Thursday 3rd November


This workout is for 2 rounds but split into 3 x 5 minute amraps with no rest between.

Friday 4th November


22 rounds for time as a team of 2. Alternating the 3 exercises of: 13 ... 7 ... & 9 ...

Saturday 5th November


Sunday 6th November
