Community Event:
Our next comment event will run on Saturday 8th April. This will be an individual event where you can test yourself. In this event its just you against you! I expect everyone to take part in this one as it something that every single person can achieve.
There will be 3 categories this time round. RXD, Scaled and Kids (under 16). This is a decathlon event that will last approximately 1 hour for your own individual run. We hope to see the names on the sign up sheet. More details will follow as the weeks go on.

The Devil Walks - 27/2/23
This workout has a warm up WOD specific to the workout that will get all muscle groups moving before the workout starts. The main WOD see a little bit of walking but CrossFit styled.
It's a knockout - 28/2/23
Just like boxing rounds you will work for 3 minutes and get 1 minute rest between your rounds. Each round changes and exercises will get harder as time goes on.
Up, Up & Away - 1/3/23
Two AMRAP in this workout both with different times. This workout is a light weight / body weight which means you can keep the intensity higher for longer.
Mayhem - 2/3/23
This workout has been tried and tested by Rich Froning who may be one of the best athletes CrossFit has came across but I am sure we are all up to the task on taking this one on. Its all a mental game this one can you keep the pace.
4.3.2.1 - 3/3/23
4 rounds, 3 rounds, 2 rounds, then 1 round. Each new section 1 exercise will change slightly. You go I go rounds on this one which means you have to earn your rest.
