20 Handstand / Pike Shoulder Taps

15 Air Squat Box Jumps (20/16”)

10 Back Racked Reverse Lunges (50/35)

 

*Handstand Shoulder Tap Options:

·       Handstand / Wall Facing

·       Half Wall Walk Position

·       Feet on Box

·       Downward Dog Position

 

*Air Squat Box Jumps:

Perform a squat before you jump / step on to the box.
