Test Week

This week will be test week.


Slightly different to what we usually do but this gives you the opportunity to see where you are in your fitness journey.


We will be retesting all these workouts again in December 2025 so make sure to take a note of all your times, scores and weights used so you have a benchmark.


There will be session plans available for each workout. Please select the WOD or WODs you wish to perform and the coach will guide you through the session plan.
