6 Muscle Snatch

- 2 Full Extension

6 Behind Head Press

- 2 Full Extension

- 2 Power Snatch Position

- 2 Overhead Squat Position

6 Overhead Squats

20 secs Max Overhead Squat (Wobble Work)
