CrossFit - This will be the workout of the day (WOD). It will be posted on our app every morning for you to see.


Open Gym - This will be split into 3 different sections. You can come in and complete one of the following:

- WOD or catch up WOD

- Strength

- Gymnastic Practice


Foley's Followers - This is a strength programme where you will follow a specific routine that Neil will explain in detail and coach you through it.


Friday Night Lights - This will be teams of 2, 3 or 4 and we will complete competition / CrossFit Games styled workouts and have our own mini games. If your not up for that its okay you can come in a complete the WOD.
