Spades = MB Sit Ups


King = 13 reps

Queen = 12 reps

Jack = 11 reps


RXD = 60/42.5 – 22.5/15 – 9/6

SCALED = 42.5/30 – 15/8 – 6/3


Group Finisher: 10 mins Cardio – Max Cals

20 secs on / 10 secs off x 10

40 secs on / 20 secs off x 5
