Followong on from yesterday’s excellent Snatch Class, Deadlift on a Sunday Morning. The addition of a couple of techniques to aid the correct “set position” made the desired changes to everyone’s lifting. For those that are not yet members and for those that miss the lifting class, we recommend you get in and work on your technique. There is no extra charge, just the opportunity to improve your lifting.
