Getting at the Gailes at 8am
We will be running along auchengate and back
Its a straight route and your more than welcome to run the full length or half way and turn back

We’ll be doing interval loops around the pond, so it’s perfect for everyone — whether you’re looking for a steady jog, speed work, or just getting some fresh air.
