Warm up WOD – Tabata: 20s on / 10s off x 16 Rounds (8 mins)
Alternate exercises each round for max reps of:
1. Inchworms (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t6EjIe4A-oI)
2. Push ups
3. Air Squats
4. Sit ups
WOD – 15min AMRAP
12 alt. DB Snatch (sub = KB snatch or swings)
10 overhead DB Lunge (sub = bodyweight/KB Goblet Lunges)
8 Cal Row (sub = 8 burpees)
Extra challenge:
50 Burpees for time
*every minute including 0:00 = 7 Sit ups

Did KBS 16kg, goblet lunges 8kg and burpees 🤪. 7 rounds plus 1 KBS. Looking like a healthy burst tomato (again). Thanks Neil!
