It is a new month and we are gradually all getting back to some sense of normality. The second lockdown of four months was tough on a lot of our members. But now is the time to get back on the proverbial horse and reinstate your fitness


Regular training is exceptionally beneficial. Not only does a good level of fitness help fight Covid but the sense of wellbeing that the endorphins produce post workout is a feeling that cannot be matched.
