15 Double DB/KB Deadlifts*

30 Double-Unders

15 KBS

30 Double-Unders

15 Dumbbell/kettlebell squats

Dumbbell: (22.5/15kg)(24/16kg)


*the dumbbells should be as heavy as possible, please


OPTION THREE:

31st May is Memorial Day.

The tradition is to complete a Murph.
