For everyone who is taking part in gym sync i have merged all the tesm together due to low numbers. There will be a 8am and 8:45am slot make sure to check to see what time you will be at

For everyone who isn't taking part in this event the gym will still be open as we only need 3 boxes for this

There will be a workout of the day available for you to follow and we will be open from 8 - 10am
